STEWART GEYER
Managing Partner
Stewart Geyer is a Managing Partner of Geyer Morris Company where he directs the company’s capital transactions and is responsible for managing the firm’s various capital relationships, including its strategic Family Office capital partnership.

Prior to Geyer Morris, through their Family Office, Mr. Geyer has been involved in the development and financing of over 1,000,000 square feet of commercial retail, residential, and industrial real estate development throughout Texas and the Northeast United States.

Previously, Mr. Geyer co-founded VGV Energy, an energy infrastructure development firm, where he led the project planning, financing, and construction of mid-scale power plant facilities in the Northeast United States.

Mr. Geyer began his career with Lockheed Martin where he spent four years as a Project Manager developing complex mathematical models with applications to the real estate and finance sectors. Mr. Geyer earned an MS degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a BS degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.

TYLER MORRIS
Managing Partner
Tyler Morris is a Managing Partner at Geyer Morris Company and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business as well as managing the firm’s 2.5 million square-foot development pipeline.

Prior to Geyer Morris Company, Mr. Morris developed over 500,000 square feet of commercial retail mixed use property with SJ Collins Enterprises while growing his firm’s strategic relationship with Whole Foods Market.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Morris was a project manager with HITT Construction and Benning Construction Company, both nationally ranked construction firms, where he managed over 2 million square feet of real estate projects.

Mr. Morris earned an MBA from the University of Georgia and a BS degree in building sciences from Georgia Southern University.

CLARKE COOLE
Partner
Clarke Coole is responsible for the company’s review of new investment opportunities and overseeing its equity and debt activities.

Prior to joining Geyer Morris Company, Mr. Coole served as Senior Vice President at State Bank and Trust where he served multiple roles including leading a team responsible for vetting, structuring and monitoring senior debt facilities. He served as a lender for the Commercial Real Estate Group and produced $300 million in loans while growing the bank’s client base to include some of the most prolific real estate developers in the southeast.

Mr. Coole previously served as Vice President of Development for Butler Development Group where he was responsible for the development and construction oversight of 130 retail and industrial projects.

Mr. Coole began his career with Bank of America’s commercial real estate group underwriting, structuring, and originating over $250 million of senior debt including retail, apartments, hotels, office, and mixed use. Mr. Coole earned a BBA in management and finance from James Madison University.

DAVID HENZLIK
Partner
David Henzlik is responsible for overseeing the leasing of the company’s retail portfolio and managing and growing the broker and retailer relationship.

Prior to joining Geyer Morris Company, Mr. Henzlik founded The Henzlik Company, a real estate services company specializing in shopping center leasing, development acquisitions, build to suits, redevelopment and tenant representation. During his 14 years there, he was responsible for execution of all leasing in the company’s portfolio, member LLC’s and third party leasing assignments. Mr. Henzlik provided tenant representation for Home Depot, Kohl’s and Chick-Fil-A as well as forming relationships with power center retailers of varying sizes at both a national and regional level.

Prior to founding his company, Mr. Henzlik was Vice President and Director of Leasing for JDN Realty Corporation, the largest developer of Wal-Mart stores in the 1990s, and one of the largest strip center REITs in the U.S. There, Mr. Henzlik was responsible for overseeing the leasing team responsible for leasing the company’s portfolio of over 115 shopping centers.

Early in his career, Mr. Henzlik was with The Christie Company located in Overland Park, Kansas, where he specialized in third-party leasing and the sale of new land. He was also responsible for leasing the first power center developed in Overland Park, Kansas.

Mr. Henzlik began his career at Leo Eisenberg & Company where he specialized in brokerage, leasing, development and property management. He studied business and personnel administration at the University of Kansas.

JONATHON BARGE
Managing Director, Development & Construction
Jonathon Barge is responsible for new development from conception through completion.  With over 20 years of successful Commercial Real Estate experience on large-scale, complex projects, Mr. Barge has delivered over 4 million square feet across all commercial real estate sectors including office towers, retail, mixed use, multi-family, data centers, industrial, and entertainment venues totaling over $1.5 billion.

Prior to joining Geyer Morris, Mr. Barge was Vice President of Development at Peak Campus focused on apartment and mixed-use development across the United States.  Prior to that, he served as Vice President at Carter leading the delivery of several major projects including Atlantic Station office towers, as well as condominium towers, and data centers across the Southeast.

Mr. Barge’s first development was with Heery International where he was responsible for the design and construction of exhibits for the Georgia Aquarium which opened as the largest in the world.

Mr. Barge’s career began in Mechanical Engineering at Barrett Woodyard & Associates and Property Management at Trammell Crow Company providing a unique, inside-out design and management perspective to maximize long-term value in new development.  He received his BS degree in Mechanical Engineering and MS Degree in Building Construction and Integrated Facility Management from Georgia Tech.

JAMES CARLSON
Senior Development Manager
James Carlson serves as Senior Project Manager and oversees the development of our large-scale projects. He has been in the development industry for over 30 years with extensive experience in construction management as well as every facet of shopping center development including acquisitions, leasing, and deal making. He is very diversified in the construction and shopping center development industry.

Prior to Geyer Morris Company, Mr. Carlson served as a senior associate for The Greeby Companies, providing owner’s representative services on projects including Avalon in Alpharetta, Georgia and Atlantic Station in Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to that, he was with Phillips Edison & Company, one of the larger retail shopping center owners in the US, where he served as project manager for the redevelopment program that targeted 25 shopping center properties to increase value through a hands-on redevelopment approach.

Previously, he served as Vice President of Construction – SE Region for Brixmor Properties Group, the second largest retail shopping center owner/manager in the US, with properties in excess of 87 million square feet in over 500 retail centers. Mr. Carlson headed up the SE construction department for redevelopment and tenant build outs from lease negotiations through final construction.

Mr. Carlson earned a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture as well as a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture degree from the University of Georgia.

CLARA CHAMBERS
Managing Director, Administration and Marketing
Clara Chambers is Director of Administration for Geyer Morris and is responsible for office operations, marketing communication and special events.

Prior to joining Geyer Morris, Ms. Chambers worked in the marketing division of Invesco where she was responsible for promoting the company’s conferences and events as well as supporting the executive leadership on marketing projects.

Ms. Chambers owned and operated a high-end boutique photography studio specializing in lifestyle, commercial, and contemporary portraiture photography where she was responsible for all areas of the business including client communication, photography, editing, and marketing. During her photography career, Ms. Chambers also worked with Denis Reggie Photographers, photographing weddings internationally and serving as office manager.

Prior to this, Ms. Chambers worked as a paralegal for The Home Depot at their corporate office in Atlanta. There she worked on real estate transactions for new sites in the Northeast area as well as corporate communications including annual reports and proxy statements.

Ms. Chambers earned her BA degree in religion from Furman University.

THOMAS CONNELL
Managing Director, Accounting
Thomas Connell is responsible for overseeing the accounting operations of the company and maintaining a comprehensive set of internal controls and budgets.

Prior to joining Geyer Morris Company, Mr. Connell served as Senior Accountant at Hines Interests LP where he managed the accounting and financial functions for over 1 million square feet of office and retail space. During his tenure, he provided extensive reporting for various entities and projects including a multimillion-dollar elevator modernization and central plant reconstruction.

Mr. Connell is a certified public accountant. He earned a Master in Accounting from Georgia State University and his BBA degree in banking and finance from the University of Georgia.

CAMERON GROGAN
Vice President, Retail Development
Cameron Grogan is responsible for the management and implementation of national retail build-to-suit projects throughout predevelopment and construction.

Prior to joining Geyer Morris, Mr. Grogan was a Project Executive at SJ Collins Enterprises where he oversaw the development and construction of over 275,000 square feet of commercial, grocery anchored retail mixed use property. Before joining SJ Collins Enterprises, Mr. Grogan gained experience in construction working on a large Data Center with Atlanta-based contractor, Holder, and with Renew Properties, capitalizing on the thriving Atlanta housing market focusing on residential remodeling.

Mr. Grogan earned a BS in Business Administration from Samford University, and a Master of Building Construction from Auburn University.

CURTIS LITTLE
Managing Director, Acquisitions
Curtis M. Little oversees all of the company’s property acquisitions from land to fully improved assets. In his role, Mr. Little sources and evaluates investments in all asset classes across the country and helps the team with the pre-development and investment underwriting.

Prior to joining Geyer Morris, Mr. Little was a Vice President of Acquisitions at Core Property Capital where he was in charge of all investments in Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina, among other states. Before joining Core Property Capital, Mr. Little worked for Cushman & Wakefield, in Charleston, South Carolina where he represented national tenants and assisted several REITs and Private Equity Funds in the acquisition and development of retail and mixed-use projects across the southeast. Prior to this, Mr. Little worked in Washington, D.C. with Avison Young’s Capital Markets Group.

Mr. Little earned a BS in Business Administration from the College of Charleston, and a Master of Real Estate Development from Georgetown University.

CESAR RODRIGUEZ
Development Partner
Mr. Rodriguez brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Geyer Morris management team. He has over 30 years of real estate development experience and has developed over 1,250,000 square feet of retail and office real estate. In addition, Mr. Rodriguez previously served as Vice President of Real Estate for Kmart from 1986 to 1992. Previous service and leadership positions include Director and President of the Coastal Georgia Historical Society, Director of the Latin American Resource Center, President of the East Beach Homeowners Association, President of Cobb County Georgia YMCA, and Director of the Boy Scouts of America Roswell Georgia. Mr. Rodriguez received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Georgia School of Law and his BBA in Economics from the University of Georgia.

ROGER WAGERMAN
Land Acquisition
Roger Wagerman heads up Land Acquisitions for Geyer Morris Company and is responsible for land acquisitions including single-tenant and multi-tenant build to suit developments.

Prior to joining Geyer Morris, Mr. Wagerman was one of the founders of the create your own, fast casual pizza industry where he served as the Senior Vice President of Development for Integrity Brands, LLC. There he helped build the Uncle Maddios Pizza Joint brand from the ground up, growing the company to 250 stores in development in 12 states.

Mr. Wagerman began his career cutting his teeth in sales with start-up technology companies such as Autoweb, ActionBase Software Solutions, and Careerbuilder. At Careerbuilder, he opened sales offices in San Francisco and Seattle, where he hired, trained, and developed sales people, garnering tremendous success by transforming that region into the top performer in the Careerbuilder system.

Mr. Wagerman earned a BS degree in commerce and business administration from the University of Alabama.
